The last Sanctuary Ocean Count of the 2014 whale season is slated for March 29, according to the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation.
The count will occur from 8 a.m. to 12:15 p.m that day. Sanctuary volunteers will be counting whales and recording whale behaviors from various locations on Oahu, Kauai, and Hawaii Island.
